We understand that sometimes things slip through the cracks, even with our QA processes in place.

Refunds or exchanges can be made on faulty or damaged products ONLY, and must be emailed with picture proof within 48 hours of your parcel being received. After this time we cannot be responsible for any faulty or damaged items. Please check your orders once they arrive to ensure your order is in perfect condition. 

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days.

We do not cover the costs of change of mind purchases or incorrect application and use of products.
