Q: How much is shipping?

A: Divine Vinyl Boutique charges the following prices for shipping:

500gm - $8.20

1kg - $10.80

3kg - $13.65

5kg - $16.20

Q: How soon can you get my order to me?

A: We understand that our customers would like their Vinyl as soon as possible.  Orders are dispatched within 48 hours with the exception of pre-orders.  For more information on our shipping times please click here to go to our delivery information page.

Q: I live locally, can I collect my order?

A: Yes.  Divine Vinyl Boutique is located in Horsley, NSW, 2530 and you are welcome to collect your order from us.  Please contact us to organise a mutually suitable time to collect your order from us.

Q: Are your items available for immediate shipment?

A: All items listed in our store is what we have available on hand.  Occasionally we may have a bad counting day whereby we may be a little short on a particular item.  If this does occur, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative option or a refund on that particular item.  We also do pre-orders but please note that pre-orders are not available for immediate shipment.  Further details are available on the Pre-Order page.
